I joined the Army in July of 1990 right out of high school. I wanted to be an Airborne Ranger, but my dad talked me out of doing that and instead take a job that would allow me to learn a trade that would ultimately help me get a job when I got out of the Army. So, I enlisted as a 63B (light Wheel Mechanic) I remained a 63B until my ETS (leaving the Army) in July of 1994.
